Art is a form of catharsis, emotional release, purging, cleansing, purifying.”

– Dorothy Parker

Our work together will help you understand your strengths and create transformation around patterns that hold you back.

Do you struggle with anxiety or depression, and/or issues around food or body image?

Are there unhealthy patterns in your life that prevent you from achieving your goals?

Do you need a place to sort out your identity, relationships, and community?

I am excited to meet you. I’ve had life challenges that have inspired me to learn how to evolve and make positive transformations. I am interested in you, your vision for your life, and your challenges.

Everyone Deserves Support – Therapy Services

I work with women, the queer community, non-traditional families, and anyone dealing with oppression, toxic masculinity, and other social challenges.

I believe that our need to “fix ourselves” stems from toxic societal messages that don’t allow us to fully claim who we are. Survival adaptations from childhood can become problematic as adults. But our personal challenges and obstacles can become the places in which we become our strongest and greatest selves. I am a feminist therapist and am interested in creating a collaborative space in which you are fully seen.
