Who is Grace?

I come to a therapy career later in life after having careers as a Pilates Instructor, author, actor, producer, and Body image/eating disorder counselor.

I see this work as the perfect conglomeration of all my other careers. I have always found my greatest fulfillment and healthy transformations while creating art. I think creativity can be the portal through which we find meaning and healing. Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” I believe what we can imagine, we can choose to embody and live.

As a feminist therapist, my intention is to:
  • Create an equal partnership with you
  • Listen deeply and empathetically
  • Help you identify your strengths and creativity
  • Present you with tools to move through obstacles
  • Create awareness around patterns that are holding you back
  • Support you in taking emotional risks to improve your life

Relationships can included spouses, best friends, parent-child and even work relationships. When we understand our boundaries, where we stop and another person begins, we are at a better advantage to creating healthy relationships that fulfill us.
